720 Wine Cellars

Welcome to 720 Wine Cellars...

You can't park a car in it anymore

The Wine is what it's all about.

We are focused on small lot, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Late 20th century architects were once known to describe our expansive facility as a "garage" (g-razh, -raj), which has its origins with the French word, garer, meaning "to put merchandise under shelter". Being progressive 21st century forward-thinker imperialists, it made absolutely no sense for us to put our junker rigs under perfectly good winemaking shelter. Hence, we have promoted the building to a higher-and-better use...a gravity-flow winery to produce 1,000 cases of ultra-mega-double-secret-super-premium wine in 720 square feet of workspace.

Several people have been wanting to know more about the significance of 720, and why one would be so clever to name a winery in this manner. To satisfy the insatiable curiousity of the masses, one can follow the links to read about The Legend of 720, referred to by some zealots as simply The Miracle.

In short, we make wines in our state-of-the-art, very high-tech, and extremely low-key facility that is perched high in the foothills of the Willamette Valley, Oregon in a top secret location, just above the tiny burg of Philomath. Use your internet navigational prowess to find out more about our vineyards, winemaking style, and our philosophical edge that makes our wines so pleasant and unique. Truly, it's like a vacation in every bottle!

Cheers!
